These Terms govern your use of AFCON.io, operated by Stars Games. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use AFCON.io, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Not be prohibited from accessing gaming or promotional content in your country

2. Nature of the Platform

AFCON.io is a free-to-play football prediction game. There are:

  • No entry fees
  • No real-money wagering
  • No requirement to deposit or pay

Any prizes may be promotional, virtual, or non-cash unless otherwise stated.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep login details secure
  • Use your own email address
  • Not create multiple or fake accounts
  • Not engage in cheating, bots, or automated scripts

Stars Games may suspend or close accounts suspected of abuse.

4. Gameplay Rules

You agree to follow all published game rules, including:

  • Prediction deadlines
  • Scoring systems
  • Prize rules
  • Fair-play guidelines

Stars Games may void entries or adjust leaderboards in cases of technical issues or suspected misuse.

5. Changes to the Game

We may change or update:

  • Scoring
  • Rules
  • Prize structures
  • Features
  • Game schedule

at any time to ensure fairness or improve the user experience.

6. Marketing & Partners

By registering, you agree that Stars Games may:

  • Send promotional and marketing content
  • Promote betting partners and affiliate offers
  • Share limited data with partners for marketing purposes

7. Data Protection

We handle your personal data according to:

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, graphics, and game logic belong to Stars Games. You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Reverse-engineer

any part of the platform without permission.

9. Liability

AFCON.io is provided "as is" without guarantees that:

  • The site will be error-free
  • The platform will be available at all times
  • Scoring or data will always be uninterrupted

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stars Games is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Technical failures
  • Missed predictions due to downtime
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Abuse, cheating, or manipulation
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of promotions
  • Threats or abusive behaviour

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, unless otherwise required by local law.


12. Prize Terms

The competition offers guaranteed prizes of $250 for first place, $100 for second place, and $50 for third place on the final leaderboard, regardless of score. In addition, a $5,000 top score prize will be awarded only if a participant achieves a total score of 300 points or more during the competition period; if no participant reaches this score threshold, the top score prize will not be awarded. Where two or more participants finish level in any prize-winning position, the relevant prize amount will be shared equally between those participants in accordance with dead heat rules. All prizes will be awarded in vouchers selected by the winners, which may include Amazon, Apple, or similar providers, and the competition is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any voucher provider.
